I’m Jeremy Kent, a software engineering leader based in Georgia. My work sits at the intersection of architecture, delivery, and people development.

I started my career in software development in 2007 and have grown through architecture and engineering leadership roles. Today, I’m Senior Director of Software Development at Mansfield.
My focus includes enterprise modernization, platform engineering, and developer experience. I stay hands-on with agentic AI and the tools, connectors, and codebase context that help engineers work in complex existing systems.
Alongside the technical work, I coach engineers and develop leaders. I care about helping teams understand the systems they own, make sound decisions, and deliver with confidence.
